What is Wellness?
Our comprehensive wellness programs are designed to address "problem areas" as well as overall general fitness and "Well" being. It is NOT physical therapy... where patients are directed through a structured recovery from a specific injury or illness under the prescription of a physician. If during any initial or subsequent physical assessment it is felt that you require more specific and advanced medical care, you will be referred to the appropriate provider.

Because physical therapists are considered to be medical experts in biomechanics Ñ the way the body moves and functions Ñ we have long been trusted to help patients "get well" as they recover from injury and illness. So when it comes to staying healthy, it makes perfect sense that this same expertise and medical training would naturally allow us to maintain the body's overall fitness and wellness. Our wellness and aftercare fitness programs are designed to not only prevent injury but also improve quality of life!
How Much Does It Cost?
There are three levels of wellness that clients can participate based on their comfort and experience levels. The more independent a client feels they can be, the less expensive the program. Rates start at $35 per month with no long term contracts. Pricing and services are tailored to your needs AND your budget. All wellness plans will receive Healthazine Magazine and monthly blogs.
At any time, additional services such as professional massage and body fat analysis can be added a la cart at a discount to our members.
