Types of Massage Offered at The Next Level
Chair Massage:
The client remains fully clothed and no oils are used while their shoulders, neck, upper back, head and arms are massaged.
Medical Massage:This massage targets and corrects muscular dysfunctions.
Deep Tissue:
Focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.
Pregnancy Massage:
A must have for mothers to be, relieves the pressure on back, and promotes circulation on lower limbs.
Relaxation Massage:
Promotes general relaxation, improves circulation and range of motion, and relieves muscular tension.
Lymphatic Drainage:
A very gentle massage which aims to encourage movement of lymph fluid away from swollen areas.
Hot Stone:
Deep heat is applied through medicinal balls to areas of the body to relieve muscular tension.
